The kiddo and I spent the day together on my birthday. I asked her what she wanted to do and she said she wanted to make birdhouses. So we went to Home Depot and got everything we would need. We image searched birdhouse and she picked out the style she wanted. She is only 5 years old so I couldn’t actually let her use the saws to cut the wood but she helped layout, measure, and paint.
The process overall was pretty simple. We just cut the pieces out, glued the walls all together, and then I nailed the roof on. Once that was done we spray painted the outsides the colors the kiddo chose.
